  1                                        AN ACT
  2    RELATING TO THE PROMISE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM; AMENDING SECTION  33-4303,  IDAHO
  3        CODE,  TO  PROVIDE  FOR APPLICATION AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE IDAHO ROBERT R.
  4        LEE PROMISE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM.
                                                                        
  5    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  6        SECTION 1.  That Section 33-4303, Idaho Code, be, and the same  is  hereby
  7    amended to read as follows:
                                                                        
  8        33-4303.  SHORT  TITLE.  This  act The scholarship program provided for in
  9    sections 33-4303 through 33-4315, Idaho Code, shall be known and cited as  the
 10    "Idaho Robert R. Lee Promise Scholarship Program."

                     STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

                             RS 13051

The purpose of this legislation would change the name of the Idaho
Promise Scholarship Program to the Idaho Robert R. Lee Promise
Scholarship Program.
