LOTTERY – Amends existing law relating to the lottery to provide for specified transfers of net income from the lottery, to require the lottery to ensure specified conditions and to provide for adjustments; and to provide for the consideration of certain lottery moneys distributed in calculating amounts to be distributed by the State Tax Commission.
