HOUSE BILL 619

The official bill actions are located in the final journal, which are maintained by the offices of the Secretary of the Senate and the Chief Clerk of the House.  The daily journals are published at the end of each legislative day.

SEX OFFENDERS – Amends existing law to revise the definition of “residence,” to provide that inability to pay a registration fee shall not result in failure to register, to authorize a sheriff to place an offender on a payment plan, and to provide that a certain act regarding children shall be a misdemeanor.
