HOUSE BILL 653

SCHOOL LEVIES – Adds to existing law to provide that a ballot question for a supplemental levy must be accompanied by a disclosure about the purposes for which the levy revenues will be used and to provide that school districts must use levy revenues for the purposes identified in the disclosure.
