Charge: Study how Idaho courts are interpreting child custody and domestic relations laws for consistency with legislative intent, and make recommendations if clarification of such intent is warranted. This task force will also examine whether Idahoans have fair access to court processes and adequate legal representation, and propose any statutory improvements necessary to achieve these objectives.
