STATEMENT OF PURPOSE RS07933 This legislation makes a technical correction to Title 50 of Idaho Code, Section 301. The change inserts the language "Functioning Street Department". This language is found in 501301, however, there has been some confusion within cities that do not have a functioning street department and the disposition of city streets.
