That Section 44-2206, Idaho Code, be, and the same is hereby 6 repealed.
REPRINT REPRINT REPRINT REPRINT REPRINT REPRINT STATEMENT OF PURPOSE RS 09910 This bill will repeal Section 44-2206, Idaho Code, which deals with electrical installations to manufactured homes. The 1999 National Electrical Code now provides guidelines for installation of electrical service to manufactured homes; thus, this code section is no longer necessary. FISCAL IMPACT None.
