S1348|||| LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF IDAHO |||| Fifty-fifth Legislature Second Regular Session - 2000IN THE SENATE SENATE BILL NO. 1348 BY FINANCE COMMITTEE 1 AN ACT 2 APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE FOR FISCAL 3 YEAR 2000; PROVIDING TRANSFERS TO THE PEST CONTROL DEFICIENCY FUND; AND 4 DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. 5 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho: 6 SECTION 1. In addition to the appropriation made in Section 1, Chapter 7 192, Laws of 1999, there is hereby appropriated to the Department of Agricul- 8 ture the following amounts to be expended for the designated programs accord- 9 ing to the designated expense classes from the listed funds for the period 10 July 1, 1999, through June 30, 2000: 11 FOR FOR 12 PERSONNEL OPERATING 13 COSTS EXPENDITURES TOTAL 14 I. PLANT INDUSTRIES: 15 FROM: 16 General Fund $44,700 $122,500 $167,200 17 II. SHEEP COMMISSION: 18 FROM: 19 General Fund $12,000 $ 3,000 $ 15,000 20 GRAND TOTAL $56,700 $125,500 $182,200 21 SECTION 2. The State Controller shall make cash transfers from the Gen- 22 eral Fund to the Pest Control Deficiency Fund, at the request of the Director 23 of the Department of Agriculture, not to exceed $167,200 as appropriated in 24 Section 1 of this act. 25 SECTION 3. An emergency existing therefor, which emergency is hereby 26 declared to exist, this act shall be in full force and effect on and after its 27 passage and approval.
