 2    RELATING TO WATER QUALITY; REPEALING SECTION 39-3623, IDAHO CODE.

 3    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:

 4        SECTION 1.  That Section 39-3623, Idaho Code, be, and the same  is  hereby
 5    repealed.
