STATEMENT OF PURPOSE RS 08177 This resolution would reject a pending rule of the Division of Building Safety, which deals with electrical specialities requiring a special license. If adopted, this resolution would prevent the pending rule from going into effect. The resolution also would keep a temporary rule concerning electrical specialty licensing that went into effect on July 1, 1997, from being extended beyond the adjournment of the 1998 Legislative Session. FISCAL NOTE This resolution would have no fiscal impact. Contact: Carl Bianchi 334-2475 STATEMENT OF PURPOSE/FISCAL NOTE HCR 47
