                     BY JUDICIARY, RULES AND ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE

 1                                        AN ACT
 2    RELATING TO THE DUTIES OF THE COUNTY SHERIFF; REPEALING SECTION 31-2215, IDAHO
 3        CODE, PERTAINING TO THE SHERIFF AS THE COURT CRIER.

 4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:

 5        SECTION 1.  That Section 31-2215, Idaho Code, be, and the same  is  hereby
 6    repealed.

                           STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

    The purpose of this legislation is to repeal Section 31-2215, 
    Idaho Code, pertaining to the County Sheriff acting as crier 
    in the court.
    
                               FISCAL NOTE
    
    There will be no impact to the general fund of the State 
    of
    
    Idaho.
