 1                                        AN ACT
 2    APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE CATASTROPHIC HEALTH CARE COST FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR
 3        1999.

 4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:

 5        SECTION 1.  There is hereby appropriated $12,135,700 from the General Fund
 6    to be transferred to the Catastrophic Health Care Cost  Fund  for  the  period
 7    July 1, 1998, through June 30, 1999.
