                            BY AGRICULTURAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE

 1                                        AN ACT
 2    RELATING TO OILS; REPEALING SECTIONS 37-2518 AND 37-2519, IDAHO CODE.

 3    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:

 4        SECTION 1.  That Sections 37-2518 and 37-2519, Idaho  Code,  be,  and  the
 5    same are hereby repealed.

Statement of Purpose / Fiscal Impact

                        STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

  Amend title 37, chapter 25, Idaho Code, by repealing sections
  372518 and 37-2519. These sections currently relate to display
  of baskets containing bottles of oil, sufficiency of labels and
  intermingling of bottles. Glass bottles of motor oil have not
  been used in Idaho for several years.
