                                    HOUSE BILL NO. 321

                               BY APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE

 1                                        AN ACT
 2    APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL FOR FISCAL YEAR  2000;  APPRO-
 3        PRIATING MONEYS FOR LEGISLATIVE TECHNOLOGY; AND REAPPROPRIATING UNEXPENDED
 4        AND UNENCUMBERED BALANCES FOR LEGISLATIVE TECHNOLOGY.

 5    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:

 6        SECTION  1.  There  is  hereby appropriated to the Legislative Council the
 7    following amounts, to be expended from the listed funds for the period July 1,
 8    1999, through June 30, 2000:
 9    LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL:
10    FROM:
11    General Fund                                                        $3,710,400
12    Miscellaneous Revenue Fund                                              43,400
13    Professional Services Fund                               1,018,900 
14      TOTAL                                                             $4,772,700

15        SECTION 2.  There is hereby appropriated to the  Legislative  Council  for
16    the  Legislative  Technology  Program  $100,000  from  the  General Fund to be
17    expended for the period July 1, 1999, through June 30, 2000.

18        SECTION 3.  There is hereby reappropriated to the Legislative Council  for
19    the  Legislative Technology Program any unexpended and unencumbered balance of
20    the appropriation made in Section 2 of this act for the period July  1,  1999,
21    through June 30, 2001.
