 2    APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION FOR FISCAL  YEAR  2000;  AND
 3        LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS.

 4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:

 5        SECTION  1.  There is hereby appropriated to the Industrial Commission the
 6    following amounts, to be expended for the designated programs according to the
 7    designated expense classes from the listed funds for the period July 1,  1999,
 8    through June 30, 2000:

39        SECTION 2.  In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Industrial
40    Commission  is  authorized no more than one hundred thirty-six (136) full-time
41    equivalent positions at any point during the period July 1, 1999, through June
42    30, 2000, for the programs specified in Section 1 of this act, unless specifi-

 1    cally authorized by the Governor. The Joint  Finance-Appropriations  Committee
 2    will be notified promptly of any increased positions so authorized.
