                                   SENATE BILL NO. 1001

 1                                        AN ACT
 2    RELATING TO TERM LIMITS FOR SCHOOL TRUSTEES; REPEALING SECTION  33-443,  IDAHO
 3        CODE.

 4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:

 5        SECTION  1.  That  Section  33-443, Idaho Code, be, and the same is hereby
 6    repealed.

                        STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

  To repeal Idaho Code 33-443 and to provide that school trustees no longer be subject
