STATEMENT OP PURPOSE RS08944 The Winter Feeding Advisory Committees have been constructive, effective voices for advising the Department of Fish and Game on controversial issues. However, there has been no mechanism for the various committees to discuss and coordinate idea and policies. This proposal provides for the appointment by each committee of a chairman who may meet and coordinate with other chairman on a statewide basis. FISCAL NOTE None.
