S1249|||| LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF IDAHO |||| Fifty-fifth Legislature First Regular Session - 1999IN THE SENATE SENATE BILL NO. 1249 BY FINANCE COMMITTEE 1 AN ACT 2 APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH TRUST FUND FOR THE PUBLIC HEALTH 3 DISTRICTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000; AND APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE 4 PUBLIC HEALTH TRUST FUND FOR THE PANHANDLE HEALTH DISTRICT FOR FISCAL YEAR 5 2000. 6 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho: 7 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $8,691,500 from the General Fund 8 to be deposited in the Public Health Trust Fund for the period July 1, 1999, 9 through June 30, 2000. 10 SECTION 2. In addition to the appropriation made in Section 1 of this 11 act, there is hereby appropriated $98,000 from the General Fund to be depos- 12 ited in the Public Health Trust Fund for the Panhandle Health District for the 13 period July 1, 1999, through June 30, 2000.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
SB1249
Appropriates $8,691,500 in General Funds for deposit in the Public Health Trust Fund for
fiscal year 2000. It also appropriates an additional $98,000 in General Funds for the
Panhandle Health District Acquifer Protection program for fiscal year 2000.
