 1                                        AN ACT
 2    RELATING TO FISH AND GAME; REPEALING SECTION 36-308, IDAHO CODE.

 3    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:

 4        SECTION 1.  That Section 36-308, Idaho Code, be, and the  same  is  hereby
 5    repealed.

                      STATEMENT  OF  PURPOSE
                             RS08407
This legislation deletes an obsolete section which requires a
monthly report to the state controller. This report is no longer
needed because of the computerized licensing system. This change
was suggested by the state legislative auditors.
