In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Commission 22 on the Arts is authorized no more than eleven (11) full-time equivalent posi- 23 tions at any point during the period July 1, 1999, through June 30, 2000, for 24 the program specified in Section 1 of this act, unless specifically authorized 25 by the Governor. The Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee will be notified 26 promptly of any increased positions so authorized.
