                                    HOUSE BILL NO. 378

                               BY APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE

 1                                        AN ACT
 2    APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE SUPREME COURT IN  ADDITION  TO  THE  APPROPRIATION
 3        MADE  IN SECTION 1, SENATE BILL 1266, ENACTED BY THE FIRST REGULAR SESSION
 4        OF THE FIFTY-FIFTH IDAHO LEGISLATURE.

 5    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:

 6        SECTION 1.  In addition to the appropriation made  in  Section  1,  Senate
 7    Bill  1266, enacted by the First Regular Session of the Fifty-fifth Idaho Leg-
 8    islature, there is hereby appropriated to the Supreme Court, $594,900 from the
 9    General Fund to be expended for the period July  1,  1999,  through  June  30,
10    2000.

This is the fiscal year 2000 trailer appropriation for the Judicial Branch in the amount
of $594,900.
