S1252|||| LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF IDAHO |||| Fifty-fifth Legislature First Regular Session - 1999IN THE SENATE SENATE BILL NO. 1252 BY FINANCE COMMITTEE 1 AN ACT 2 APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR THE IDAHO WOMEN'S COMMISSION FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000; 3 AND LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS. 4 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho: 5 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Office of the Governor for 6 the Idaho Women's Commission the following amounts, to be expended according 7 to the designated expense classes from the listed funds for the period July 1, 8 1999, through June 30, 2000: 9 FOR FOR 10 PERSONNEL OPERATING 11 COSTS EXPENDITURES TOTAL 12 FROM: 13 General Fund $27,600 $12,000 $39,600 14 Miscellaneous Revenue 15 Fund 6,700 6,700 16 TOTAL $27,600 $18,700 $46,300 17 SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Idaho 18 Women's Commission is authorized no more than fifty-two hundredths (0.52) 19 full-time equivalent positions at any point during the period July 1, 1999, 20 through June 30, 2000, for the program specified in Section 1 of this act, 21 unless specifically authorized by the Governor. The Joint Finance- 22 Appropriations Committee will be notified promptly of any increased positions 23 so authorized.

Commission, in the amount of $46,300.
