                                   SENATE BILL NO. 1252

                                   BY FINANCE COMMITTEE

 1                                        AN ACT
 2    APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR THE IDAHO WOMEN'S COMMISSION FOR  FISCAL  YEAR  2000;
 3        AND LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS.

 4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:

 5        SECTION 1.  There is hereby appropriated to the Office of the Governor for
 6    the  Idaho  Women's Commission the following amounts, to be expended according
 7    to the designated expense classes from the listed funds for the period July 1,
 8    1999, through June 30, 2000:

17        SECTION 2.  In accordance with Section  67-3519,  Idaho  Code,  the  Idaho
18    Women's  Commission  is  authorized  no  more than fifty-two hundredths (0.52)
19    full-time equivalent positions at any point during the period  July  1,  1999,
20    through  June  30,  2000,  for the program specified in Section 1 of this act,
21    unless  specifically  authorized  by  the   Governor.   The   Joint   Finance-
22    Appropriations  Committee will be notified promptly of any increased positions
23    so authorized.

This is the fiscal year 2000 appropriation to the Office of the Governor, for the Women's
Commission, in the amount of $46,300.

The fiscal year 2000 appropriation for the Women's Commission totals $46,300.  This
budget includes $100 for State Controller fee increases, and $700 for 3% Change in
Employee Compensation (CEC).
