                         Requested by: Department of Administration
                                                                        
  1                                        AN ACT
  2    RELATING TO THE PURCHASE OF PROPERTY BY THE STATE OF IDAHO; REPEALING  SECTION
  3        67-5728, IDAHO CODE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
                                                                        
  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  5        SECTION  1.  That  Section 67-5728, Idaho Code, be, and the same is hereby
  6    repealed.
                                                                        
  7        SECTION 2.  This act shall be in full force and effect on and  after  July
  8    1, 2000.
