The current law does not clearly state that a license is required for a dealer who engages in any one of the three activities; namely, conditions, or labels, or sells seed. Amend Title 22, Chapter 4, Section 22-434, Idaho Code, to exempt persons with total annual gross seed sales not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500) from the seed dealers license requirement. FISCAL IMPACT Fiscal impact to Dedicated Fund revenues is an estimated loss of $4,000 in seed dealers license fees for FY 2001. CONTACT Name: Dr. Roger R.
