                                     HOUSE BILL NO. 818
                                                                        
                                BY APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE
                                                                        
  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING AND TRANSFERRING GENERAL FUNDS TO THE SCHOOL SAFETY  AND  HEALTH
  3        REVOLVING LOAN FUND; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
                                                                        
  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  5        SECTION  1.  There  is  hereby  appropriated  and  the State Controller is
  6    hereby directed to transfer the sum of $10,000,000 from the  General  Fund  to
  7    the School Safety and Health Revolving Loan Fund, as created in House Bill No.
  8    668,  enacted  by the Second Regular Session of the Fifty-fifth Idaho Legisla-
  9    ture.
                                                                        
 10        SECTION 2.  An emergency existing  therefor,  which  emergency  is  hereby
 11    declared to exist, this act shall be in full force and effect on and after its
 12    passage and approval.
