                                    SENATE BILL NO. 1560
                                                                        
                                    BY FINANCE COMMITTEE
                                                                        
  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR  2000;  APPROPRIATING
  3        MONEYS TO THE CATASTROPHIC HEALTH CARE COST FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2001; AND
  4        DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
                                                                        
  5    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  6        SECTION  1.  There is hereby appropriated $4,250,000 from the Catastrophic
  7    Health Care Cost Fund to be deposited in the General Fund for the period  July
  8    1, 1999, through June 30, 2000.
                                                                        
  9        SECTION 2.  There is hereby appropriated $10,000,000 from the General Fund
 10    to  be deposited in the Catastrophic Health Care Cost Fund for the period July
 11    1, 2000, through June 30, 2001.
                                                                        
 12        SECTION 3.  An emergency existing  therefor,  which  emergency  is  hereby
 13    declared  to exist, Section 1 of this act shall be in full force and effect on
 14    and after its passage and approval.
