                            RS 10975

The purpose of this legislation is to require the Department ot
Administration to allow school districts and other political
subdivisions of the state to participate in group insurance, group
annuity or health care service coverage.

                           FISCAL IMPACT

The cost will be borne by the school districts or other political
subdivisions. Participation in a larger group may decrease these costs,
however this cannot be predicted with certainty because it will depend
on actual claims experience.
