1 AN ACT
2 RELATING TO INSURANCE POLICY STANDARDS FOR MATERNITY BENEFITS; REPEALING SEC-
3 TION 41-2214, IDAHO CODE.
4 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
5 SECTION 1. That Section 41-2214, Idaho Code, be, and the same is hereby
6 repealed.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS 10958
This legislation repeals an existing section of the
insurance code that became law in 1975 and is no longer
needed. From 1977 to 2000 a number of both federal and
state statutes have been enacted that provide similar
protection.
