  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE SUPREME COURT IN  ADDITION  TO  THE  APPROPRIATION
  3        MADE  IN  SECTION 1, SENATE BILL NO. 1206, AS ENACTED BY THE FIRST REGULAR
  4        SESSION OF THE FIFTY-SIXTH IDAHO LEGISLATURE.
                                                                        
  5    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  6        SECTION 1.  In addition to the appropriation made  in  Section  1,  Senate
  7    Bill  No.  1206,  as  enacted  by the First Regular Session of the Fifty-sixth
  8    Idaho Legislature, there is hereby appropriated to the Supreme Court the  fol-
  9    lowing amount to be expended from the listed fund for the period July 1, 2001,
 10    through June 30, 2002:

This is a trailer appropriation bill for FY 2002 for the Judicial Branch to fund a 4.5% CEC for members of the judiciary enabled by Senate Bill 1191.

Fiscal Note

The total amount appropriated from the General Fund in this bill is $598,900. The cost to increase salaries for the Supreme Court Division is $24,000; Court of Appeals – $14,400; District Courts – $175,600; and to the Magistrate Division – $384,900.
