1 AN ACT
2 APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR THE AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH AND COOPERATIVE EXTENSION
3 SERVICE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2003; AND REAPPROPRIATING ANY UNEXPENDED AND UNEN-
4 CUMBERED BALANCES.
5 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
6 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Board of Regents of the
7 University of Idaho for the Agricultural Research and Cooperative Extension
8 Service Program the following amounts from the listed funds for the period
9 July 1, 2002, through June 30, 2003:

11 General Fund $23,316,400
12 Equine Education Fund 135,900
13 Federal Grant Fund 4,599,500
14 Miscellaneous Revenue Fund 182,100
15 TOTAL $28,233,900
16 SECTION 2. There is hereby reappropriated to the Board of Regents of the
17 University of Idaho for the Agricultural Research and Cooperative Extension
18 Service, the unexpended and unencumbered balance of any non-General Fund
19 appropriation contained in Section 1, Chapter 236, Laws of 2001, to be used
20 for nonrecurring expenditures for the period July 1, 2002, through June 30,
21 2003.
