Statement of Purpose / Fiscal Impact

                       STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
                             RS 14474

Revocations of trapping privileges were inadvertently excluded
from this statute. The Department of Fish and Game is not
informed when trapping privileges have been revoked. A person
with revocation is able to ignore the revocation because the
department is not able to flag this individual when application
is made for a trapping license renewal. This will standardize
protocols for privilege revocation procedures.

                          FISCAL IMPACT

No impact on the General Fund.
