  1                                        AN ACT
  2    RELATING TO WATER; AMENDING HOUSE BILL NO. 800, AS ENACTED BY THE SECOND REGU-
  3        LAR SESSION OF THE FIFTY-EIGHTH IDAHO LEGISLATURE, BY THE  ADDITION  OF  A
  4        NEW  SECTION  3 TO PLACE AN EMERGENCY CLAUSE IN THE BILL; AND DECLARING AN
  5        EMERGENCY.
                                                                        
  6    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  7        SECTION 1.  That House Bill No. 800, as enacted by the Second Regular Ses-
  8    sion of the Fifty-eighth Idaho Legislature be, and the same is hereby  amended
  9    by  the  addition thereto of a NEW SECTION, to be known and designated as Sec-
 10    tion 3 and to read as follows:
                                                                        
 11        SECTION 3.  An emergency existing  therefor,  which  emergency  is  hereby
 12    declared to exist, this act shall be in full force and effect on and after its
 13    passage and approval.
                                                                        
 14        SECTION  2.  An  emergency  existing  therefor,  which emergency is hereby
 15    declared to exist, this act shall be in full force and effect on and after its
 16    passage and approval.

                       STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

                             RS 16261

This is a trailer bill to H 800, which adds a new section to the
legislation, stating an emergency clause.



                           FISCAL NOTE

There is no fiscal impact to the general fund.
