  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING MONEYS FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE IDAHO STATE INDEPENDENT LIV-
  3        ING COUNCIL FUND FOR THE STATE INDEPENDENT LIVING COUNCIL FOR FISCAL  YEAR
  4        2007;  AND APPROPRIATING MONEYS FROM THE ECONOMIC RECOVERY RESERVE FUND TO
  5        THE IDAHO STATE INDEPENDENT LIVING COUNCIL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2007.
                                                                        
  6    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  7        SECTION 1.  There is hereby appropriated $115,000 from the General Fund to
  8    be deposited in the State Independent Living Council Fund for the period  July
  9    1, 2006, through June 30, 2007.
                                                                        
 10        SECTION 2.  There is hereby appropriated $1,500 from the Economic Recovery
 11    Reserve  Fund to be deposited in the State Independent Living Council Fund for
 12    the period July 1, 2006, through June 30, 2007.
