  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE IDAHO STATE POLICE FOR THE SUPPORT SER-
  3        VICES PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 2007.
                                                                        
  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  5        SECTION 1.  In addition to any other appropriation provided by law,  there
  6    is hereby appropriated $41,000 from the Miscellaneous Revenue Fund for person-
  7    nel  costs  to the Idaho State Police for the Support Services program for the
  8    period July 1, 2006, through June 30, 2007.

Fiscal Note

Senate Bill 1362 increased penalties for specified crimes; revised sexual offender registration requirements; revised provisions applicable to verification of sex offender addresses; revised provisions applicable to name and address changes of sexual offenders; and increased penalties for sexual offenders who fail to meet registration, address verification and notice requirements. To implement the increased address verification requirements of this legislation, an additional $41,000 is appropriated from the Miscellaneous Revenue Fund to the Idaho State Police for the Support Services program for fiscal year 2007.
