  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE LAVA HOT SPRINGS FOUNDATION FOR  FISCAL
  3        YEAR 2007; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
                                                                        
  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  5        SECTION  1.  In  addition  to the appropriation made in Section 4, Chapter
  6    384, Laws of 2006, there is hereby appropriated to the Lava Hot Springs  Foun-
  7    dation  the  following  amount,  to  be  expended  according to the designated
  8    expense class from the listed fund for the period July 1, 2006,  through  June
  9    30, 2007:
 10    FOR:
 11    Capital Outlay                                                        $335,000
 12    FROM:
 13    Public Recreation Enterprise-Lava Hot Springs Fund                    $335,000
                                                                        
 14        SECTION  2.  An  emergency  existing  therefor,  which emergency is hereby
 15    declared to exist, this act shall be in full force and effect on and after its
 16    passage and approval.

Statement of Purpose / Fiscal Impact

Statement of Purpose

RS16779

This is the fiscal year 2007 Supplemental Appropriation for Lava Hot Springs and provides $335,000 in dedicated fund spending authority to complete construction projects at the hot pools and Olympic Swimming Complex. The funding source for this appropriation comes from receipts from the swimming pool complex and hot pools at Lava Hot Springs as well as other sources from the agency.
