SENATE BILL NO. 1191

1 AN ACT
2 APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE IDAHO STATE POLICE FOR FISCAL YEAR
3 2007; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
4 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
5 SECTION 1. In addition to the appropriation made in Section 1, Chapter
6 299, Laws of 2006, there is hereby appropriated to the Idaho State Police the
7 following amounts, to be expended for the designated programs according to the
8 designated expense class from the listed fund for the period July 1, 2006,
9 through June 30, 2007:

22 SECTION 2. An emergency existing therefor, which emergency is hereby
23 declared to exist, this act shall be in full force and effect on and after its

Appropriates an additional $249,500 from the General Fund to the Idaho State Police for fiscal year 2007. Of this amount, $210,300 is for Patrol and $39,200 is for Investigations to help cover the rising cost of gasoline.
