  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF  LABOR  FOR  FISCAL  YEAR
  3        2008; AND AUTHORIZING TWO ADDITIONAL FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS.
                                                                        
  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
                                                                        
  5        SECTION  1.  In addition to any other appropriation provided by law, there
  6    is hereby appropriated to the Department of Labor the following amounts to  be
  7    expended for the designated program according to the designated expense class-
  8    es from the listed fund for the period July 1, 2007, through June 30, 2008:

 12    Operating Expenditures                                                  46,000
 13    Capital Outlay                                                           4,000
 14      TOTAL                                                               $180,000

 17        SECTION 2.  In addition to any other provision of law, the following full-
 18    time  equivalent  positions  are  authorized  during  the period July 1, 2007,
 19    through June 30, 2008: for the Department of Labor, two (2) full-time  equiva-
 20    lent positions.

This is the fiscal year 2008 trailer appropriation bill for the Department of Labor in the amount of $180,000 from the General Fund. This bill provides resources necessary to implement House Bill 155, as amended, which established the Nursing Workforce Advisory Council and the Nursing Workforce Center.

Fiscal Note

This is the fiscal year 2008 trailer appropriation in the amount of $180,000 from the General Fund for the Department of Labor. This trailer appropriation provides resources to implement the provisions of House Bill 155, as amended which establishes the Nursing Workforce Advisory Council and the Nursing Workforce Center.
