                                BY APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE

  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING MONEYS TO THE OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR FOR THE COMMISSION  ON  THE
  3        ARTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2009; AND LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT
  4        POSITIONS.

  5    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:

  6        SECTION 1.  There is hereby appropriated to the Office of the Governor for
  7    the  Commission  on the Arts the following amounts to be expended according to
  8    the designate expense classes from the listed funds for  the  period  July  1,
  9    2008, through June 30, 2009:

 22        SECTION 2.  In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Commission
 23    on  the Arts is authorized no more than eleven (11) full-time equivalent posi-
 24    tions at any point during the period July 1, 2008, through June 30, 2009,  for
 25    the program specified in Section 1 of this act, unless specifically authorized
 26    by  the  Governor. The Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee will be notified
 27    promptly of any increased positions so authorized.
