  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR THE COMMISSION FOR THE BLIND  AND  VISUALLY  IMPAIRED
  3        FOR  FISCAL  YEAR  2009;  AND  LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT
  4        POSITIONS.

  5    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:

  6        SECTION 1.  There is hereby appropriated to the Office of the Governor for
  7    the Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired the following amounts to be
  8    expended according to the designated expense classes from the listed funds for
  9    the period July 1, 2008, through June 30, 2009:

 28        SECTION 2.  In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Commission
 29    for the Blind and Visually Impaired is authorized no more than  forty-two  and
 30    five-tenths  (42.5)  full-time  equivalent  positions  at any point during the
 31    period July 1, 2008, through June 30, 2009, for the program specified in  Sec-
 32    tion  1 of this act, unless specifically authorized by the Governor. The Joint
 33    Finance-Appropriations Committee will be notified promptly  of  any  increased
 34    positions so authorized.
