  1                                        AN ACT
  2    APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR THE IDAHO COMMISSION FOR LIBRARIES  FOR  FISCAL  YEAR
  3        2009; AND LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT POSITIONS.

  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:

  5        SECTION  1.  There  is hereby appropriated to the State Board of Education
  6    for the Idaho Commission for Libraries the following amounts  to  be  expended
  7    according  to  the  designated  expense  classes from the listed funds for the
  8    period July 1, 2008, through June 30, 2009:

 22        SECTION 2.  In accordance with Section 67-3519, Idaho Code, the Idaho Com-
 23    mission for Libraries is authorized no more  than  forty-two  and  five-tenths
 24    (42.5)  full-time  equivalent positions at any point during the period July 1,
 25    2008, through June 30, 2009, for the program specified in Section  1  of  this
 26    act,  unless  specifically  authorized  by  the  Governor.  The Joint Finance-
 27    Appropriations Committee will be notified promptly of any increased  positions
 28    so authorized.
