                                    SENATE BILL NO. 1369

                              BY JUDICIARY AND RULES COMMITTEE

  1                                        AN ACT
  2    RELATING TO THE GUARDIANSHIP PILOT PROJECT FUND; AMENDING SECTION  2,  CHAPTER
  3        55, LAWS OF 2005, TO EXTEND THE SUNSET CLAUSE.

  4    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:

  5        SECTION  1.  That Section 2, Chapter 55, Laws of 2005, be, and the same is
  6    hereby amended to read as follows:

  7        SECTION 2.  The provisions of Section 1 of this act shall  be  null,  void
  8    and of no force and effect on and after July 1, 200912, and any moneys remain-
  9    ing  in the Guardianship Pilot Project Fund at that time shall be deposited in
 10    the  State General Fund.

                       STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

                             RS 17763

The purpose of this bill is to extend the current sunset of
the Guardianship Pilot Project Fund to July 1, 2012.


                          FISCAL IMPACT

No fiscal impact to the general fund.
