Statement of Purpose / Fiscal Impact

Statement of Purpose
RS18132

This is a trailer appropriation bill to S1435. The germane legislation repealed the Integrated Property Records System statute that required the Department of Lands to integrate, administer, and provide access to an integrated database of state-owned and leased real property and structures; and moved that responsibility to the Department of Administration.

This legislation makes the adjustments in the budgets that are necessary to implement the statutory change.
