BOARD OF EDUCATION – EMPLOYEE SICK LEAVE – Adds to existing law relating to the Board of Education and employee sick leave to provide that employees of Boise State University who have accrued sick leave and who are transferred or otherwise become eligible employees of the College of Western Idaho shall be credited with the amount of such sick leave at the time of transfer.
