MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVER’S LICENSES – Amends existing law relating to driver’s licenses to provide that a physician who has reason to believe that a person is incompetent to drive a motor vehicle may submit a report, to provide for notice and to provide that if a physician submits a report in good faith, no professional disciplinary procedure, no monetary liability and no cause of action may arise against the physician for submission of the report.
