LEGISLATIVE LEGAL DEFENSE FUND – Adds to existing law relating to the Legislature to provide for the Legislative Legal Defense Fund, to provide for moneys in the fund, to provide that moneys in the fund shall be continuously appropriated, to provide for exemptions and to provide for expenditures; and to provide for a transfer from the General Fund to the Legislative Defense Fund and to provide that of the amount transferred, fifty percent shall be available to the Senate and fifty percent to the House of Representatives.
