SENATE BILL 1235

The official bill actions are located in the final journal, which are maintained by the offices of the Secretary of the Senate and the Chief Clerk of the House.  The daily journals are published at the end of each legislative day.

LOBBYING – Amends and adds to existing law to prohibit lobbying and registration as lobbyists by executive officials or legislators for a period of one year from termination of office; and to provide penalties for violating the prohibition of lobbying and registration as lobbyists by executive officials or legislators for a period of one year from termination of office.
