SENATE BILL 1100

MEDICAID – Amends existing law to provide for optional enrollment in an employment and training program for certain Medicaid participants, to provide for premium assistance for qualified health plans, to provide for research on waiver opportunities, to provide for a review of Medicaid eligibility expansion, and to provide that expansion will be null and void if federal financial participation is reduced below a certain rate.
