Idaho Millennium Income Fund – FY 2028 Grant Application Form

Instructions: Please complete this form to apply for funding from the Idaho Millennium Income Fund. Funding requests should be for one-time projects or defined one-time investments. To be considered, programs must target prevention, cessation, and treatment related to tobacco, vape, alcohol, illegal substances, and other substances that may be abused beyond the intended uses and for the overall safety and well-being of Idaho youth. Funding is prioritized first to programs that benefit Idahoans under 18 years of age and then for adults with higher risk factors for abusing or using various substances. Applications will be evaluated based on alignment with funding priorities, demonstrated need, expected impact, projected readiness and feasibility, and the reasonableness of the requested funding.

Applications will be considered by the Joint Millennium Fund Committee. Applicants should plan to present their request to the committee.
