ARTICLE XXI SCHEDULE AND ORDINANCE

Section 13.  Tenure of office. All officers elected at said election, shall hold their offices until the legislature shall provide by law, in accordance with this Constitution, for the election of their successors, and until such successors shall be elected and qualified.
