DECLARATORY JUDGMENTS

10-1205.  Enumeration not a limitation. The enumeration in Sections 10-1202, 10-1203 and 10-1204, does not limit or restrict the exercise of the general powers conferred in Section 10-1201, in any proceedings where declaratory relief is sought, in which a judgment or decree will terminate the controversy or remove an uncertainty.
